Step 1: Take your vehicle to the repair facility of your choice. Or, if your car cannot be driven
and you purchased roadside assistance coverage with your contract, call to have your vehicle towed to the nearest repair facility
(charges may apply for towing beyond a certain mileage).
Step 2: Tell the service agent that you have a Warranty Direct extended auto warranty plan and give them your membership information.
Step 3: Sit back and wait for your repair to be finished.
From the moment you give your membership information or member number to the service agent at the car repair facility, your responsibility for the claim
is finished. The facility will contact our claims department, explain the nature of the repair, and we will pay them directly using our corporate
